The sample is extracted and purified with neutral aluminum and then determined by high efficiency concentrated phase chromatography. 3 Test materials and materials
The following test materials are used: Unless otherwise specified, the analytical paper is used. Water is used as the medium. 3.1 Methanol: pure

3.6 Aldehyde standard stock solution: accurately take the standard sample, add a small amount of ethanol, and make up to 25 ml with water. The solution contains 1 tbsp. UmB. The shelf life is 15 days. 3.7 Standard solution of lysine: Pipette 5 μl of lysine standard stock solution into a 1 (2 mL) bottle, add water to dilute to the mark [9, then get lysine. Refrigerator: Available for 3 days. 3.B Standard solution of lysine: Collect 1.0, 2.0, 3.3.4.0, 5.0 ml of lysine standard solution respectively. Add water to the mark [0 mL] of each solution. Then get a standard solution containing 5.0, 10.0, 3.0, 20.0, 25 g lysine. 4 Instruments and equipment

5.2.2 Preparation of sorbic acid standard curve
