This standard applies to edible vegetable oils made from soybeans, peanuts, cotton seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, rapeseeds, corn germ, tea seeds, rice bran, and sesame seeds through pressing, solvent extraction and refining with water chemical method. Sensory indicators
It has the color of normal vegetable oil. Transparency, smell and taste, without burnt smell, rancidity and other odors. Physical and chemical indicators

The inspection method for benzo[a]stilbene in edible vegetable oils shall be in accordance with the first method in GB5009.27 "Determination method of benzo[a]stilbene in food": fluorescence spectrophotometry. This standard was proposed by the Epidemic Prevention Department of the Ministry of Health.
This standard was drafted by the Shanghai Municipal Health and Epidemic Prevention Station (benzo[a]pyrene was drafted by the Guangxi Autonomous Region Health and Epidemic Prevention Station). This standard is interpreted by the Ministry of Health's Food Hygiene Supervision and Inspection Institute, the technical unit entrusted by the Ministry of Health. 21
