3 Technical requirements
3.1 Materials
UDC 621.9.08
GB 9204.3—88
3.1.1 The tip body of the hard alloy tip is made of 45 carbon cable structural steel or materials with better performance than it, and the tip body of other tips is made of T8 carbon tool steel or materials with better performance than it. 3.1.2 The pressed nut is made of 35 or 45 carbon structural steel 3.1.3 The hard alloy head is made of hard alloy materials of grades YG8, YT15, etc. 3.2 Heat treatment
3.2.1 The quenching hardness of the carbide tip cone shank is HRC40~45, the quenching hardness of the other 60° cone surface is HRC58~62, and the cone shank quenching hardness is not less than HRC40. 3.2.2 The hardness of the pressed nut is HRC35~40, and it is bluing or other surface treatments are performed. 3.3 The surface roughness and the contact accuracy of the tail shank cone surface and the standard gauge are shown in the table below. The contact of the tail shank cone surface should be uniform over the working length. Accuracy level
High precision level (G)
Precision level (M)
Ordinary level
Roughness R. value (≤) μm
60°conical surface
Tail conical surface
Conical surface contact as a percentage of the working
length (%)
3.4The combination of the carbide head and the neck tip must be firm and reliable. When welding, the weld should be uniform, and the surface of the welding chain should not have defects such as pores and slag that affect use.
3.5The surface of the top should not have defects such as cracks, scars, burns and rust that affect use and appearance. Approved by the State Machinery Industry Commission on May 12, 1988, 19B9-01-01 for implementation
4 Inspection period
4.1 Hardness inspection location
GB9204.3—88
The hardness inspection of the 60° cone surface should be conducted at the front end of the top neck. 4.2 Except for the specific provisions of this standard, the inspection of the contact accuracy of the cone surface of the tail handle should comply with the provisions of the relevant machine tool cone coloring method inspection.
5 Marking and packaging
