All standards will be revised, and the parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. JB/T3773.1—1999 Basic parameters of pallet trucks 3 Preparations before testing
3.1 Purpose
In order to ensure the safe and smooth progress of the test and the correctness of the test results, the pallet truck being tested should be in normal technical condition. 3.2 Projects
3.2.1 Record the model, factory number, manufacturer name, factory date, etc. of the pallet truck being tested, and check its product certificate. 3.2.2 When the pallet truck is in an unloaded parking state, check the sealing condition of its hydraulic system, the firmness of the electrical system wiring and the status of related parts.
3.2.3 When the pallet truck is in an unloaded running state, check the safety status of each system and the sealing condition of the hydraulic system 4 Test conditions
4.1 The brand of hydraulic oil and lubricating oil used in the pallet truck shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards. Before the test, the lubricating oil and hydraulic oil shall be added as required.
4.2 The battery must be charged according to the instructions for use, and its voltage, electrolyte density, and electrolyte liquid level shall comply with relevant regulations. 4.3 The test road surface must be clean, level (slope 1%) dry concrete or equivalent cement road surface. 4.4 Various test instruments and measuring tools must be calibrated. 5 Determination of basic parameters and dimensions
5.1 Determination of main dimensions
a) Overall length: horizontal distance from the tip of the pallet truck fork to the rear end of the vehicle body; b) Overall width: horizontal distance between the outermost sides of the vehicle body; c) Overall height: vertical distance from the ground to the uppermost side of the vehicle body (including the handle); d) Fork length: horizontal distance from the tip of the fork to the front surface of the front baffle; e) Fork full width: horizontal distance between the outermost sides of the middle of the two forks; f) Maximum lifting capacity of the fork: vertical distance between the upper surfaces of the midpoints of the forks when they are in the lowest and highest positions. Approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on June 28, 1999, 2001 -01 Implementation
5.2 Determination of running speed
5.2.1 Determination of no-load speed
JB/T3773.2—1999
The pallet truck is in no-load running state, the measurement interval is 25m, the auxiliary driving distance is arbitrary, the pallet truck drives forward and backward at the maximum speed, and the round trip is measured twice, and the average value is taken, see formula (1): 2S×3.6
Where: - average speed, km/h
S measured distance, m;
——travel time, S:
——return time, S.
5.2.2 Determination of fully loaded speed
The pallet truck is loaded with rated load, and the test of 5.2.1 is repeated. 5.3 Determination of the lifting amount of the cargo and the time of the maximum lifting amount of the cargo fork 5.3.1 Determination of the lifting amount of the cargo fork per press of the hand oil pump (1)
When the pallet truck is at rated load, the cargo fork is at the lowest position, turn the operating handle to make the hand oil pump work at full stroke, and record the number of times the hand oil pump works when the cargo fork reaches the highest position, see formula (2): H
Where: f is the lifting amount of the cargo fork per press of the hand oil pump, mm; H is the maximum lifting amount of the cargo fork, mm;
n is the number of times the hand oil pump works.
5.3.2 Determination of the time of the maximum lifting amount of the cargo fork (2)
When the pallet truck is at rated load, the cargo fork is at the lowest position, start the oil pump motor, and record the time required for the cargo fork to move from the lowest to the highest position.
5.4 Determination of free sliding amount
When the pallet truck is in rated load state, after the fork is raised to the middle position, it is stable for 3 minutes, and the height of the fork root is measured. After another 3 minutes, the descending amount of the fork at the same point is measured. Repeat the measurement twice and take the average value. 5.5 Determination of minimum outer turning radius
When the pallet truck is in no-load operation state, after the steering wheel turns to the maximum angle, the steering wheel (or the control handle) remains stationary, and turns left and right at the minimum stable driving speed. Use the water spray needle installed on the outermost side of the vehicle body (the distance between the needle and the ground is less than 50mm) to spray colored water on the ground and draw the outer turning radius of the vehicle body. Repeat the measurement twice, and take the maximum value, which is the minimum outer turning radius. Repeat the measurement twice.
6 Energy consumption test of pallet truck
6.1 Driving energy consumption test
After the battery is fully charged, measure its voltage, electrolyte density and temperature. The pallet truck is in the rated load state, and it drives at full speed for 4 minutes and then stops for 6 minutes. This cycle experiment is repeated until the voltage value of a single battery cell drops to 1.75V. Record the distance traveled and draw a distance-battery voltage drop characteristic curve.
6.2 Lifting energy consumption test
JB/T3773.2—1999
After the battery is fully charged, measure its voltage, electrolyte density and temperature. The powered lifting pallet truck is in the rated load state, and it is lifted at full speed for 3 minutes and then stopped for 7 minutes. This cycle experiment is repeated until the voltage value of a single battery cell drops to 1.75V, record the number of cycles, and draw a cycle number-battery voltage drop characteristic curve 7 Pallet truck braking performance test
7.1 Determination of braking distance
The pallet truck is in the rated load state and drives in a straight line at the maximum speed. Press the brake button until the pallet truck stops completely, measure its passing distance, and take the average value of the two round trips.
7.2 Determination of parking brake performance
The pallet truck should be equipped with a parking brake. Without the help of the driver, the parking brake should be able to stop the vehicle with rated load on the maximum slope or 10% slope (the smaller of the two slopes) until the driver releases the parking brake. 8 Climbing test
8.1 Test by specified climbing gradient
Set up a dry concrete cement ramp with a slope of 8% and a slope length of 12m. The ramp surface should have anti-skid measures. The pallet truck is in the rated load state, passes through the 3m preparatory section, and enters the climbing section (the vehicle speed should not be less than 2km/h). The working voltage, current and temperature rise of the driving traction motor during the climbing process are measured. The measured values should correspond to the working system of the traction motor. And the working current and temperature of the driving traction motor shall not exceed the maximum allowable value of the motor. 8.2 Calculate the maximum climbing grade according to the actual climbing grade If the test slope is not appropriate (too large or too small), the test can be carried out by appropriately increasing or decreasing the test load to determine the actual slope that the pallet truck passes through and calculate the maximum climbing grade. The maximum climbing grade can be approximately calculated according to formula (3): da = in ( inat) || tt || G real Q real + G.··
Where: G. --- Actual total weight of the pallet truck during the test, N; G-- Pallet truck deadweight, N;
Qactual --- Actual load during the test, N;
G Rated total weight of the pallet truck, N;
aDa --- Actual climbing grade during the pallet truck test, (°). 9 Overload performance test
The pallet truck is lifted to the highest position with rated load, the load protection valve is closed, and then loaded to 25% of the rated load. After standing for 10 minutes, it is unloaded. There should be no oil leakage in its hydraulic system, and there should be no desoldering, cracks and permanent deformation in the metal structure. 10 External noise level test
Measure the maximum noise value of the pallet truck when it passes at the maximum speed at 1m outside both sides of the pallet truck and 1m above the ground. The ambient noise value during measurement is more than 3dB(A) lower than the maximum noise value. 3
