Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the efficiency indicators of the working part of the long-axis centrifugal deep-well pump (hereinafter referred to as the "pump"). JB/T3565-92

This standard applies to pumps with flow rate Q=5~1500m/h, specific speed n=110~300 (or type number K0.569~1.55). 2 Efficiency
2.1 The efficiency of the working part of the pump refers to the ratio of the output power of the working part of the pump to the input power (excluding the loss of the transmission shaft and the water pipe). It is a value based on clean water at normal temperature (0~40℃) as the medium. 2.2 The highest (or specified point) efficiency of the pump should not be lower than the curve A of Figure 1 or the provisions of column A in the following table. 2.3 Within the allowable working range of the pump, the efficiency of other points shall not be lower than the curve B of Figure 1 or the provisions of column B in the following table. 7%

Example 1: The flow rate Q=50m/h and the specific speed n=250 of the highest efficiency point (or specified point) of a long-axis centrifugal pump are Q=50m/h and n=250, and its efficiency value ni is calculated.
From the A column of the table or the A curve in Figure 1, the efficiency n=71.5% of Q50m/h is obtained, and the efficiency correction value An=1% of n=250 is obtained from Figure 2.
So: m=n-△n=71.5%-1%=70.5%. Example 2: The flow rate of a long-axis centrifugal pump at the highest efficiency point (or specified point) is the same as Example 1. Find the efficiency value 7z of the pump within the working range of Q=30m/h and n=230.
From the B column of the table or the B curve in Figure 1, the efficiency 7=63.5% for Q=30m/h is obtained, and the efficiency correction value n=0.5% for n=230 is obtained from Figure 2.
So: n=-A=63.5%-0.5%=63%.

Example 1: The flow rate Q=50m/h and the specific speed n=250 of the highest efficiency point (or specified point) of a long-axis centrifugal pump are Q=50m/h and n=250, and its efficiency value ni is calculated.
From the A column of the table or the A curve in Figure 1, the efficiency n=71.5% of Q50m/h is obtained, and the efficiency correction value An=1% of n=250 is obtained from Figure 2.
So: m=n-△n=71.5%-1%=70.5%. Example 2: The flow rate of a long-axis centrifugal pump at the highest efficiency point (or specified point) is the same as Example 1. Find the efficiency value 7z of the pump within the working range of Q=30m/h and n=230.
