This standard is applicable to the verification of enameled round wire snap-tear tester. 2 Reference Standards
JB/T4279.1 General Rules for Verification Method of Enameled Winding Wire Test Instrument and Equipment 3 Verification Items and Technical Requirements
3.1 The starting distance between the two clamps should be 250±1mm. 3.2 When pulling the specimen quickly, there should be no slipping and movement. 3.3 The quick pulling speed should be greater than 2m/s. Www.bzxZ.net
4 Calibration instruments
4.1 Vernier caliper, 300mm, graduation value 0.02mm; or steel tape measure. Q-1 Enameled wire test instrument detector.
5 Calibration method
Use a vernier caliper to measure the starting distance between the two tools. 5.1
5.2 Use samples with nominal conductor diameters of 0.05mm and 1.0mm to conduct a quick pull test and check whether the samples have any slipping or movement. 5.3 Determine the quick pull speed.
The measurement is carried out when the tester is unloaded (without samples). 5.3.1
Measure the quick pull speed
Fix a 10±0.1mm wide metal sheet on a movable fixture. During the quick pull, while the metal sheet is exposed to light, a pulse signal is output through a photoelectric controller. The number of pulses n is determined by the Q-1 Enameled wire test instrument detector. b. Measure three times at the starting, middle and end positions of the movable fixture's moving stroke. 5.3.3 Calculate the quick pull speed
Calculate the quick pull speed for each measurement at each measuring position: Where; V quick pull speed, m/s;

Q-1 enameled wire tester reading. b. Calculate the average of the three calculated values at each measuring position; c. Take the maximum value of the three average values for the quick pull speed. 5.3.4 Care should be taken to avoid the counting error of the Q-1 enameled wire tester due to electrical interference during measurement. Handling of verification results

6.1 A verification certificate shall be issued to qualified enameled round wire quick break testers, and a verification result notice shall be issued to unqualified ones. The cover forms of the verification certificate and verification result notice are shown in the appendix of JB/T4279.1. 6.2 The verification cycle of enameled round wire quick break testers is generally set at 2 years.
