This standard Equivalent to the international standard IEC745-2-7 "Safety of hand-held power tools Part 2: Special requirements for non-flammable liquid electric spray guns".
This standard should be used in conjunction with GB3883.1 "Safety of Handheld Power Tools Part 1 General Requirements". The parts of this standard that say "applicable" mean that the corresponding clauses, paragraphs and items in GB3883.1 are applicable to this standard; the parts of this standard that say "replace" should be subject to the provisions of this standard. ; The part marked "added" in this standard means that in addition to complying with the corresponding provisions of GB3883.1, it must also comply with the additional provisions in this standard. 1 Scope of application
Except for the following provisions, this chapter of GB3883.1 applies. 1.1 This article is replaced by the following:
This standard applies to electric spray guns (hereinafter referred to as spray guns) with a motor installed in the hand-held part and used to spray non-flammable liquids. 2 Definition
Except for the following provisions, this chapter of GB3883.1 applies. Subsection 2.2.23 is replaced by the following:
Normal load refers to the load achieved when the spray gun operates under the following conditions Load: The spray gun equipped with a reciprocating motor operates intermittently. Each cycle consists of a running period sufficient to spray out the liquid in the container and a 5-minute pause period when the tool is powered off. The spray gun is adjusted to obtain maximum input power when operating according to the manufacturer's instructions. Before each run, the container was filled with water containing 2% emulsified oil. A spray gun equipped with a rotary motor is operated continuously with an empty container, but with the hose and nozzle attached as in normal use. Note: Normal load is based on rated voltage or the upper limit of rated voltage range. 3 General requirements
This chapter of GB3883.1 applies.
4 General precautions for testing
