2.0.1 All words (including numbers) in drawings and tables must be written in a correct font with clear strokes. They must be arranged neatly, with uniform spacing and thickness. They should meet the requirements of the national standard GB4457.3. 2.0.2 All words must be written freehand, but templates can be used when there are special requirements in the project. 2.0.3 Chinese characters should be written in Changfang Song style or (at least) regular script (except for signatures) as much as possible and should be based on the simplified characters officially announced by the state. Arbitrary simplification and fabrication are not recommended. 2.0.4 Font size (i.e. font height) should be selected according to the following table: Written content
Diagram name and view symbol in icon
Project name
Text description and axis number in drawing
Numbers and letters in drawing
Text in grid
Text in table (when grid is less than 6mm) Note: 1. When there is not enough space in the drawing, numbers and letters are allowed to use 2.5mm. 2. The width of the word is approximately equal to 2/3 of the height of the word.
Font size
2.0.5 The size of foreign letters is the same as the above 2.0.4. Foreign letters must be all capitalized and must not be written in cursive. 149
