1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the terminology and dimensional specifications of the registration system for printing. This standard applies to the registration of platemaking, printing and related materials in the printing process, and also applies to machines and equipment that punch holes and use registration systems on materials, including various photosensitive films, platemaking, paper for plate loading, metal, film plates, etc. 2 Terminology

3 Dimensions
3.1 Platemaking registration system
3.1.1 The non-distribution position of the registration hole and the registration pinThe registration system is centered with a longitudinal long circular hole and symmetrically arranged transverse long circular holes on both sides. The dimensions of the registration pin and the registration pin relative to the center line of the material (with the narrowest meter as the unit) are shown in Figure 1. The maximum width of the material in the figure is 500mm. For materials with a width exceeding 500mm, the corresponding hole spacing can be increased by 200mm pitch. 3.1.2 Positioning hole

3.1.2.1 Center positioning hole
The center positioning hole is located at the center of the perforation line, so that the material can be positioned in the direction parallel to the perforation line. Hole shape and size (in millimeters, see Figure 2.

3.1.2.2 Positioning hole pair

3.1.3 Positioning pin
According to the cross-sectional shape of the part inserted into the positioning hole, there are two types of positioning pins. One cross-section is oblong and the other is circular, and the size is in millimeters, see Figure 4.
3.2 Plate setting optimization system

This standard uses two U-shaped holes as plate positioning holes. Two circular viewing holes are set in a single-sheet offset printing press. The web offset press is not equipped with observation holes.
