This standard specifies the types and sizes of flat face and raised face welding steel pipe flanges with nominal pressure PN of 0.25, 0.6, 1.0, 1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 6.3, 10.0, 16.0MPa and nominal pressure PN of 2.0, 5.0, 11.0, 15.0, 26.0, 42.0MPa. This standard applies to flat face and raised face welding steel pipe flanges with nominal pressure PNO.25~PN42.0MPa. 2 Reference standards

3.1 The types of PN0.6, PN1.0, PN1.6, PN2.5 and PN4.0MPa flat butt welding steel pipe flanges shall comply with the provisions of Figure 1, and the dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Tables 1 to 6.
3.2The types of PN0.25, PN0.6, PN1.0, PN1.6, PN2.5, PN4.0, PN6.3, PN10.0 and PN16.0MPa raised face welding steel pipe flanges shall comply with the provisions of Figure 2, and the dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Tables 1 to 9. 3.3The types of PN2.0MPa flat face welding steel pipe flanges shall comply with the provisions of Figure 3, and the dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Table 10. 3.4The types of PN2.0 and PN5.0MPa raised face welding steel pipe flanges shall comply with the provisions of Figure 4, and the dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Table 10 and Table 1!. www.bzxz.net
3.5The types of PN11.0, PN15.0, PN26.0 and PN42.0MPa raised face welding steel pipe flanges shall comply with the provisions of Figure 5, and the dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Tables 12 to 15.
4 Technical requirements for flanges
4.1 The technical requirements for flanges shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9124. 4.2 The maximum non-impact working pressure of flanges at different temperatures shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A (Standard Appendix) of GB/T9124-2000.
4.3 The welding joint type and slope size of flanges shall comply with the provisions of Appendix B (Suggestive Appendix) of GB/T9124-2000. 5 Marking
5.1 Flanges shall be marked according to the nominal diameter, nominal pressure, sealing surface type code, matching steel pipe series code (the matching metric pipe code is "Series I", and the matching British pipe is not marked) and standard number. 5.2 The type code of the flange sealing surface shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9112. Approved by the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision on September 28, 2000 and implemented on July 1, 2001
