3.2 All surfaces of the guide chain roller shall be smooth. The casting shall not have defects that affect the strength, such as pores, sand holes, inclusions, looseness, cracks, etc. CB/T290-1995
3.3 The chain roller should be able to rotate flexibly after assembly, and the contact surface of its rotating parts should be greased. After the bracket is made, remove rust and apply anti-rust paint. 3.4
Inspection rules
The chain roller should be inspected and accepted by the inspection department of the manufacturer according to technical requirements, and a certificate of conformity should be issued. 4.1
4.2 The inspection content should be in accordance with the requirements of 3.2 to 3.4. 5 Marking
The chain roller after acceptance should have the following markings: a.

This standard was first issued in 1976 and revised for the first time in 1984. The main contents of this revision:
The ratio of roller to chain diameter is increased, and the size of the pin is also increased accordingly. The material of the roller is changed from ZG25 to ZG200-400C, and the material of the pin is changed from 25 steel to 35 steel. There is a gap of 0.5~1.5mm between the pin and the bushing, and the bracket structure type is changed.
