This standard specifies the principles that should be followed in the inspection process of compound emulsifiers used in the preparation of pesticide emulsions, as well as the requirements for inspection, packaging, labeling, storage and transportation from the production plant to the circulation field. Specific inspection items and inspection methods shall be implemented in accordance with the unified inspection methods and product technical standards for pesticide emulsifiers.
1 Inspection rules
1.1 For the inspection items determined for a certain pesticide emulsifier, the export inspection department shall inspect them item by item according to the product standards. 1.2 Requirements for the inspected emulsifiers: 1.2.1 Each batch of products shall meet the packaging and labeling requirements specified in this standard. 1.2.2 All batches of products should be accompanied by a quality certificate, which includes: manufacturer name, product name, product model, production date, batch number, net weight, product standard number and instruction manual. 1.3 Product retention samples: The batch shall not exceed the capacity of the mixing tank, and each batch shall be retained for reference, and the reference period is one year. The user unit shall inspect the product according to the quality regulations in the product standard one week after delivery, and verify whether its indicators meet the product standard. The warranty period of pesticide emulsifier is one year from the date of delivery. 1.5 Sampling method: 1.5.1 Sampling number: 5% of the total number of barrels of emulsifier shall be sampled, and the minimum shall not be less than 3 batches. 1.6.2 Sample container: The sample to be inspected shall be placed in a clean, dry glass bottle with a ground stopper. 1.5.3 Sampling quantity: Use a clean, dry glass tube to take out a representative sample of no less than 100 grams from each emulsifier. 1.5.4 Labeling of sample bottles: After the sample is bottled, a label should be affixed. The label should indicate: the name of the manufacturer, the product name, product model, batch number, sampling date, sampling location, and the name of the sampler. 1.6 Evaluation of test results:
1.6.1 Test method: Test in accordance with the method specified in GB3776.1~3776.5-83 "Uniform Test Method for Pesticide Emulsifiers". For a certain type of product, it is not necessary to test each item in the "Uniform Test Method for Pesticide Emulsifiers". The test items can be determined according to the technical requirements of a certain type of emulsifier.
1.6.2 Evaluation of test results: All test results should meet the technical indicators specified for the product. When one of the indicators does not meet the requirements, the sample is doubled again. If the result of the re-test still does not meet the technical indicators, the whole batch of products is considered unqualified. 1. Arbitration: When the production unit and the user unit have a dispute over the quality of the product, the two parties can negotiate to select an arbitration unit for arbitration.
1. All pesticides and solvents used for testing emulsifiers must meet the national standards, departmental standards (professional standards) or enterprise standards of the product. In view of the uneven level of standards for pesticide enterprises in my country, the supply and demand parties can implement it according to the agreement. 2 Packaging, marking, storage and transportation
2.1 Packaging
2.1.1 Packaging container: The packaging material should be selected based on the quality standard of the product that does not affect the emulsifier. Generally, galvanized iron drums or iron drums with resin inside can be used as packaging containers.
2.1.2 Requirements for packaging barrels: The packaging barrels must be clean and dry, and are divided into two specifications of 200 kg and 100 kg. The barrel cover must be sealed and leak-free.
Issued by the National Bureau of Standards 19B3-06~15
Implemented in 198406-01
2.2 Marking
GB3775-83
2.2.1 Content of the marking: The model name and fireproof mark are printed on the side of the pesticide emulsifier packaging barrel. The barrel should have a label indicating the product model, batch number, barrel weight, net weight, production period, manufacturer name and trademark, and a quality certification seal. 2.2.2 Requirements for marking: The mark should be eye-catching. For products with unclear product model marks, the user unit has the right not to accept them. 2.3 Storage
2.3.1 Pesticide emulsifiers are stored in a warehouse with a shed, and are strictly prohibited from being exposed to the sun and rain. 2.3.2 The warehouse should be away from fire sources and smoking is not allowed in the warehouse. 2.4 Transportation: Pesticide emulsifiers are flammable and hygroscopic items. They should be protected from collision, sun exposure, rain, and fire sources during transportation. Additional instructions:
This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China and is technically managed by the Shenyang Chemical Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. This standard was drafted by Nanjing Zhongshan Chemical Plant. The main drafters of this standard are Tao Deming and Zhang Junzhi.
