5.4 The surface of the corrosion-resistant asbestos filler should be flat, evenly distributed, not contaminated with dust and impurities, and should not have any powder. The exposed wire should not be more than one in the jumper. The outer skin joint must be tightly fitted and not allowed to connect to the inside of other parts.

5. The slow-moving monolithic filler should be rolled into a coil shape, and the inner diameter of the coil should be no less than 5 times the material specification. The coiled material should have a section of not less than 1 per centimeter
6 Test method

! The size of the asbestos end material should be measured with a vernier caliper with a diameter of 0.02m and two parallel points. The middle point of the filling is taken as the starting point. After the required number of measurements, the average value of the sieve method at one point is taken as the test result. 6.1 According to the determination of asbestos shedding micro-degree, loss, heat resistance loss, and leaching agent content, all shall be in accordance with the provisions of 71331: 6.3 The separation test of cotton materials shall be in accordance with the provisions of R9:43. The inspection rules are as follows: Each tray of grade cotton filler shall be inspected for appearance and size. 7.2 The inspection items of the slow-screen material shall be in accordance with the provisions of 5.! ~5.8. 7.3 Products of the same net number and specification are counted as one unit with 200k. If less than 200k, one unit shall be counted. In the demonstration batch, any product that has been inspected and confirmed by the inspection shall be three widths. In each tray, the length shall not be less than 200k. If the length is less than 150m, the physical and chemical performance test shall be conducted. The length of the sample under the specification of 10 shall be able to be collected.
7. If the raw materials, distribution, process, etc. of asbestos filler are not stable, the manufacturing unit shall conduct a corrosion test once a month. If any of the indicators are unqualified, a number of test groups shall be taken to re-test the project. If the re-test result is still unqualified, the product shall be regarded as unqualified.

8.1 Inspection certificate
The inspection certificate should clearly indicate the inspection date, period, results and the inspector’s seal or code stamp: 8.3 The slow-release cotton materials should be packed in low boxes with plastic tape and tied firmly. The box should not be packed for more than 25 years. 8.4 The products should be stored in a dry warehouse and strictly away from baking, exposure to sunlight, rain and rain. The storage period is generally from the first day of production and should not exceed 2 years.
