The flange shall not have cracks or other defects that reduce the flange strength or affect the connection reliability. The allowable deviation of the center circle diameter of the flange bolt hole and the chord length between two adjacent bolt holes is ±0.6mm; the deviation of the chord length between any two bolt holes is ±1mm. The non-matching dimension tolerance grade of metal parts is GB1804IT14 for machined surfaces and IT16.5 for non-machined surfaces. Marking example
