This standard is based on [902773-11973 (confirmed in 1990) - Vertical Drilling Machine - Accuracy Inspection - Part 1, Geometric Determination of Degree of Correction.
This standard has made minor technical changes to IS277-11973 (confirmed in 1990). [502773-11973 confirmed in 1995) mentioned in G4 that "the straightness of the guide rail should be inspected". Taking into account the structural characteristics of my country's vertical drilling machine, the word "straightness of the guide rail" is used in this standard. The method of checking the verticality of the spindle shaft and the verticality of the guide rail at the upper and lower positions of its travel is used to check the verticality of the spindle shaft and the verticality of the guide rail.

3.1 When using this standard, reference should be made to JB2670, especially the installation, idle operation, warm-up, inspection of the shaft and other parts before the precision inspection! The recommended inspection and testing tools are given in accordance with the recommended inspection and testing methods.
3.2 The geometric accuracy inspection is arranged in order according to the machine and tool parts, so it does not represent the actual inspection order. In order to make the installation and disassembly of the tools and the inspection methods more convenient, the inspection can be carried out in any order. 3.3 When the actual measured length is different from the length specified in this standard, the tolerance should be reported in accordance with the provisions of 2.3.1.1 of JB2670-82, and the length that can be measured should be converted. When the conversion result is less than 0.07mm, it is still calculated as 0.mm. 3.4 According to the structural characteristics or the agreement between the user and the manufacturer, the inspection items can be increased. 3.5 The working precision inspection of this machine tool will be specified in Part 2 of this standard.
