1 Pipe section table
1.0.1 The format of the pipe section table is shown in Example Table 1 and Example Table 2 (Table 1 is used for manual statistical materials, and the specific number of studs is filled in the stud column; Table 2 is used for computer statistical materials, and the number of flange connection sets is filled in the stud column. The number of flange sets is counted according to the same pressure level and the same specification, and then the number of studs and nuts can be calculated based on the given stud specifications). 1.0.2 The bending radius (R) value of the elbow should be filled in the "Name and Specification" column. 1.0.3 If the items in the pipe section table cannot meet the requirements, the item can be regarded as a special part and filled in the special part column. 1.0.4 The studs used for the flanges on the pipelines shall all be double-headed studs, and the number of nuts shall be twice the number of studs, so the number of nuts is not indicated in the table.
1.0.5 The gasket code and seal code are shown in HG20519.39-92 and HG20519.40-92 respectively. 1.0.6 Heat insulation and anti-corrosion
The heat insulation code is shown in HG20519.30-92. If it is anti-corrosion, just put a "V" in the anti-corrosion column. 1.0.7 When using Table 2, flanges of different pressure levels must be separately coded to facilitate material statistics. 1.0.8 The pipeline grade, medium starting and ending points, design temperature and pressure, and insulation code in the pipe section table should be the same as the corresponding items in the pipeline characteristics table.
2 Pipeline characteristics table
2.0.1 The format and content of the pipeline characteristics table are shown in Example Table 3. 2.0.2 The pipe section number column in the table should be filled in according to the pipeline number specified in the pipeline marking (HG20519.37-92). The pipeline grade should be filled in according to the pipeline grade number and pipeline material grade table (HG20519.38-92). 2.0.3 The medium column in the table Fill in the relevant equipment position number, pipeline number, device or Chinese name of the main item at the starting point and end point. If discharged, indicate the atmosphere or the ground (ditch). 2.0.4 Fill in the code item in the insulation column according to HG20519.30-92. See Example Table 1, 2 Pipe Section Table
