3.1 Structure and specifications and dimensions
The type and basic parameters of the frequency control valve shall be as shown in Table 1.

3.4 Performance

Construction should be carried out according to standard construction drawings, and the dimensions of each component should meet the requirements of the drawings. 3.4.1
After the whole valve is assembled, the transmission mechanism should not be stuck. The strength test is carried out with ps=1.5p air pressure, and the sealing test is carried out with pm=1.2p air pressure. The pressure is maintained for 10 minutes. No leakage is allowed. The butterfly valve should be subjected to vibration test. After the test, there is no mechanical damage and loose fasteners. The butterfly valve should be subjected to impact test. After the test, there is no mechanical damage and loose fasteners. 3.4.6 After the impact and vibration test, repeat the test in Article 3.4.3. 3.5 Appearance
The outer surface of the butterfly valve is smooth and has no defects that affect the appearance. 4 Quality Assurance Provisions
Inspection Quality
The butterfly valve shall be inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer. The butterfly valve submitted for acceptance must meet the requirements of Chapter 3 and Chapter 5 of this specification. 4.2 Inspection Methods
The butterfly valve shall be subjected to strength test and sealing test with air pressure according to the requirements of GB600. The results shall meet the requirements of Article 3.4.3. The media valve shall be subjected to vibration test according to the Class 1 main body area specified in GJB4.7, and the result shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.4.4. 4.2.2
The media valve shall be subjected to impact test according to the Class 5 requirements specified in GJB4.9, and the result shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.4.5. 4.2.39
5 Delivery preparation
5.1 PackagingbzxZ.net
Before packaging, the flange sealing surface of the butterfly valve shall be covered with a cover plate, and the transmission parts shall be covered with vaseline. The butterfly valve shall be packed in wooden boxes. 5.2 Packaging
Butterfly valves shall be packed in boxes when leaving the factory, and there shall be a packing list in the box, which shall indicate the following contents: a. Name and standard number of the product;
b. Working pressure and nominal diameter;
c. Quantity per box;
d. Product certificate number.
5.3 Storage
Butterfly valves should be placed in a dry room and are not allowed to be stored outdoors. 5.4 Marking
5.4.1 The marking of butterfly valves shall comply with the provisions of GB3032. 5.4.2 The nameplate shall indicate the installation position of a single butterfly valve. Additional remarks:
