3.2.2 The maximum length of finned tubes to be supplied shall not exceed 6m. 3.2.3 The straightness tolerance of the finned tube shall not exceed 1.5mm per meter. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 The material of the tube is industrial pure aluminum L2, L3, L4 and rust-proof aluminum LF21. 4.2 The technical requirements of the tube shall comply with the provisions of GB4437. 4.3 The surface of the finned tube fin shall be smooth and no cracks are allowed.
4.4 The tube shall be hydraulically tested in accordance with the provisions of GB241. When calculating the test pressure, the allowable stress is 0.9 (tensile strength). Maintaining the calculated test pressure for 10 mn, the tube is not allowed to rupture, but deformation is allowed. 5 Test method of tube
5.1 The test method of tube shall comply with the provisions of GB4437. 5.2 See GB 241 for the hydraulic test method.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 The appearance and size of the pipes shall be inspected, and the size of the pipes shall comply with the requirements in Chapter 3. 6.2 Two pipes shall be taken from each batch for hydraulic test, and the test results shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.4. If one of the samples fails, double the number of samples shall be taken for re-testing. If one of the samples still fails, the batch of pipes shall not be accepted. 7 Packaging, marking, transportation, storage
7.1 The packaging, marking, transportation and storage of pipes shall comply with the provisions of GB3199. GB 9082.1-88
7.2 Pipes shall be shipped in special packaging boxes, and the super-sheet pipes shall be isolated from each other to avoid squeezing. 1.3 During transportation and storage, it is strictly forbidden to damage, be damaged and corroded, and store in a dry and non-corrosive environment. This standard was drafted by the Fifth Design Department of the Fifth Institute of the Ministry of Industry of China.
