The samples shall be inspected according to all the technical indicators specified in this standard, and shall be judged as qualified if they meet the requirements. If the type inspection fails, a re-inspection may be carried out. If the re-inspection is qualified, it shall be judged as qualified, and if the re-inspection is unqualified, it shall be judged as unqualified. 8.2.4
9 Marking, labeling, packaging, transportation, storage 9.1 Marking, labeling, packaging
Should comply with the provisions of GB/T10342, and mark the origin product logo, product name, raw materials (or raw materials and ingredients), specifications and dimensions, manufacturer's name and address, production date, implementation product standard number or in accordance with the provisions of the order contract; there should also be warning signs such as "afraid of moisture". 9.2 Transportation

Test Method for Ink Wetting Property of Xuan Paper I
GB 18739—2002
B.1 Use standard ink such as Chinese ink to prepare 100% and 2% concentration ink, and put them into 50mL dropper bottles respectively. B.2 Cut four 250mm×250mm samples. B.3 Experimental steps
B.3.1Take a piece of sample paper, place it flat on a table covered with a blanket, and drop a drop of 100% and 2% ink on different positions. When there is no ink on the paper, drop a drop of 2% ink on the edge of the 100% ink drop; use a brush dipped in 100% ink to draw a "cross" on the 2% ink drop. B.3.2 Use a brush dipped in 2% ink to randomly draw the word "#" on the sample. B.3.3 Repeat steps A.3.1 and A.3.2 on the same sample. B.3.4 Test the four samples cut according to steps A.3.1, A.3.2 and A3.3 respectively. B.4 Test results
B.4.1 Compare the dried samples with the standard. B.4.2 Check the reaction of rice paper to ink color. Thick ink is dark and bright, and light ink is light but not gray. B4.3 Check the change of rice paper to ink color. Rice paper must be It must have the proper ability to absorb ink particles and diffuse ink, and can both conduct ink with water and resist ink with water, so as to achieve the effect of ever-changing ink rhyme and express the style of ink dripping. When accumulating ink, each stroke is clearly distinguished, and the thick and thin strokes do not convect, which can show the subtle effect of thick and thin, thick and thin, and both wet and dry. B.4.4 Check the reflection of the layers of the rice paper, and require the layers of heavy strokes to be clear. B.4.5 Compare with the standard sample. If it meets the standard sample, the test result is judged as "qualified" and if it does not meet the standard sample, the test result is judged as unqualified. 271

Test method 2 for ink wetting of rice paper
Microscopic scanning densitometer, should meet the following conditions: C.1. 1
Data resolution 0.01D;
Sensitivity 0-4D optical density level;
Measurement hole area 50um×50um;
Scanning point spacing 50um;
Scanning distance 40mm or more.
C.1.2Burette
Acid burette with a capacity of 25mL.
C.1.3Standard ink
For example, use Chinese ink.
C.1.4 Blankets, press plates and other tools.
C.2 Sample preparation
C.2.1 Cut four 250mm×250mm samples and lay them flat on a table covered with a blanket. C.2.2 Fill a 25mL burette with standard ink, fix the burette on the test tube rack, and adjust the height of the burette so that the bottom end of its lower opening is 50 meters away from the sample surface. mm. Drop a drop of ink on the sample and wait for it to dry naturally. C.3 Determination steps
C.3.1 Place the sample in C.2.2 on the stage of the microscopic scanning densitometer. The scanning direction of the instrument should be consistent with the longitudinal (lateral) direction of the sample, and try to make the scanning track pass through the center of the ink. Adjust the linear scanning range of the instrument to be sufficient to pass through the longitudinal (lateral) direction of the sample ink. C.3.2 Adjust the optical density of the blank area of the paper to zero. C.3.3 Start the instrument and start the measurement. First, make the scanning track pass through the longitudinal (or transverse) direction of the ink, then rotate the sample 90°, and adjust the instrument according to C.3.1 so that the scanning track passes through the transverse (or longitudinal) direction of the ink. C.3.4 Record two groups of (longitudinal and transverse) measurement values respectively. C. 4 Calculation and expression of measurement results
C.4.1 The reflection of the ink color is expressed as the mean value, represented by the symbol A (action). From the first value greater than 0.01 in a set of measured values to the last value greater than 0.01, remove all 0.00, and substitute the remaining values as valid values into formula (C.1) to obtain the A value. A=X- X+X+ +X--+X.

n-——the number of valid measured values.
C.4.2 The change of ink color is expressed as the coefficient of variation, represented by the symbol D (difference). Remove all values less than 1.00 in a set of measured values, and substitute the remaining valid values into formula (C.2) to obtain the D value. 272
