3.2.1 Products are represented by model, cross-section and standard number. 3.2.2 Cross-section
The contact wire for electric traction is represented by the nominal cross-section. 3:2.3 Example
The double-groove copper contact wire with a nominal cross-section of 65mm is expressed as: CT65GB12971.2—91
The total nominal cross-section is 250mm, enclosed with trapezoidal steel , Steel, aluminum composite contact wire, expressed as: CGLN250GB12971.3-91
The total nominal cross-section is 260mm, containing steel strands, steel, aluminum and aluminum alloy composite contact wire, expressed as: CGLHJ260GB12971.4 —91
Heat-treated aluminum-magnesium-silicon rare earth alloy contact wire with a nominal cross-section of 130mm, expressed as: d.
CLHA130GB12971.5—91
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Nominal dimensions and deviations, mechanical properties, electrical properties, manufacturing lengths and joints are specified in subsequent standards. 4.2 Appearance
4.2.1 The surface of the contact line should be smooth and clean, and there should be no hems, cracks, inclusions and other defects harmful to use. 4.2.2 The contact wires should be neatly and tightly wound on the cable drum, and there should be no kinks or jumpers. 5 Inspection Rules
5.1 Products must be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before they can leave the factory. Each batch of products should be accompanied by a product certificate. 5.2 Products are tested according to the provisions of subsequent standards. Type test (T); sampling test (S); routine test (R) are defined according to the provisions of GB4909.1. 5.3 Contact wires of the same model and specifications delivered under the same production conditions are one batch. The sampling test is based on sampling of 3% of each batch, and at least 3 trays are selected. If the first sampling inspection fails, the sampling should be doubled, and the unqualified items should be tested a second time. If they still fail, the trays should be inspected one by one. 6 Rejection
6.1 Any contact wire that does not meet the requirements of this standard shall be rejected. 6.2 In a batch of contact wires delivered, if 30% of the total number of coils are unqualified, the user may reject the batch of contact wire products upon confirmation by both the manufacturer and the user.
7 Packaging and marking
GB12971.1-91
7.1 The contact wire should be wound on a cable drum that complies with the requirements of GB4005 for delivery. The distance between the outermost contact line and the edge of the side plate of the cable tray should be no less than 30mm | The outside of the disk contact wire should be covered with a layer of oil felt or other anti-corrosion materials, and then wrapped with iron sheets or other hard materials. 7.2 Short sections of contact wires are allowed to be packaged in circles and wrapped with linen or other fiber materials. 7.3 If there is an agreement between the two parties, other packaging methods are allowed. 7.4 The cable reel should be marked with arrows to indicate the direction of cable release. 7.5 Each plate or circle of contact wire products should have a solid mark that is easy to find, indicating: a..Manufacturer name;
Model and specifications, mm
c . Length, m;
d gross and net weight, kg;
e. Factory serial number and date, year, month and day;
f. This standard number.
