船舶溢油应变部署表

MARPOL73/8公约（国际防止船射造成污卖公约>附则T第26录要求凡15总池及150总吨以上的油和400总吨及4总吨以上的非过架备有胎二油污应急计划3。宝月丁带胎脂处理意外的排油，其主要目的是来取必害施以控制或滋少抹蓝或减整真整害。本标准规定了当帮地发牛溢油时，全述船员成反应分工性和职资，以便能还速构出反成最大限度地减小油引起的污梁炎害和扭失。它是根据国家公约的要求做出的具体的溢油应变部署，具有实用性和可操作性，
本标难由中华人民共和国交通部提出。本标准交通部环滤保护标准化技术委员会归口.本标准主要起草单位，交通部水运科学研究所、中国远洋运增（集函>总公司，大连运洋运输公可参加起草单位：广州海运（集团)公司、上潭海量（第团)公司，长江轮船总公司，南京长江油运公司。本标堆主要起卓人：环安利，录哗权，于海弹，1范围

本标准适用下150总吨及150总纯以上的油船和100总吨及40总吨以上的非油照。特种翼期加装裁类油物质的胎舶及海上设巅等可参帽快行。2术语

指油船中载运的原油或虑品消。2.4船用油ils userl on xhipbourd指船帕自身运行所用油+包活燃料油.润滑油、没压泊等。3要求
3.1对于非液船利油蚂在发生要同油溢袖时，些用密用准溢油应变帮器衰，见表1。3.2对于油郎在发生货油溢泊对.便准货问盗油应变部器表，见表2.3.3船员职务称谓与表中有不同时，按相应职务展行账责3.4船员人数和职务与表中有不同时,按实际人数和职务安排职声。3.5本标准实范要求在绍上相应位置如弱既台，机舱，餐厅、居住区等公共所张贴相应的表1及表2.
