本标准规定了货物运输中用以表示货物或包装常用残损状态的代码。本标准适用于有关单证和信息传输中表示货物或包装残损状态的场合。2分类原则
本标准采用线分类，货物或包装常用残损状态按包装类型进行分类。3编码方法

本标准采用层次码，用四位数字表示，第一、二位为包装类型，第三，四位为货物或包装常用残损状态。代码结构如下：
