1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and transportation of pollution-free carambolas. This standard applies to the purchase, sale and certification of pollution-free fresh carambolas. 2 Normative references

The fruit shall be free of rot and basically free of foreign pollution, pests and diseases. 3.2 Hygiene indicators

5 Inspection rules
5.1 Batch rules
Carambolas harvested at the same place of origin shall be regarded as one inspection batch. 5.2 Sampling method
It shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T8855.
5.3 Inspection classification
5.3.1 Type inspection
NY 5182—2002
Type inspection is a comprehensive assessment of the product, that is, the inspection of all requirements (indicators) specified in this standard. Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following circumstances:
a) The difference between the results of the two sampling inspections is large; b) The production environment has changed significantly due to human or natural factors; c) The national quality supervision agency or the competent department has put forward the type inspection requirements. 5.3.2 Delivery inspection
Before each batch of products is delivered, the production unit shall conduct a delivery inspection. The delivery inspection content includes basic requirements, packaging, marking and other requirements. The hygiene indicators are selected by the transaction parties according to the contract. Delivery can only be made after passing the inspection. 5.4 Judgment rules
5.4.1 When sampling and inspecting each batch of samples, records shall be made for samples with sensory defects, and the percentage of unqualified samples shall be calculated according to the weight of the defective fruits. The average unqualified rate of each batch of samples inspected shall not exceed 5%. 5.4.2 If one of the hygiene indicators is unqualified, double sampling and re-inspection shall be carried out. If it is still unqualified, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified. 6 Marking
Perform according to the provisions of GB7718.
7 Packaging, storage and transportation
7.1 Packaging
The packaging container shall meet the requirements of quality, hygiene and air permeability to ensure that the carambolas are suitable for processing, storage and transportation. Packaging containers and materials must be non-toxic, non-polluting, and odorless, and must comply with relevant national standards and regulations. 7.2 Storage
Storage site requirements: clean, ventilated, with sun and rain protection facilities or refrigeration facilities, and must not be stored together with toxic, harmful, or odorous items. 7.3 Transportation
7.3.1 The transportation vehicle must be well ventilated, have good sanitary conditions, be non-toxic, and have no bad odor. 7.3.2 It is strictly forbidden to mix with toxic, harmful, or odorous substances. 301
