Some standard content:
GB 16244-1996
This standard is formulated for the first time based on the data of on-site occupational hygiene survey, epidemiological survey, animal experiment and dose-response relationship, and with reference to foreign exposure limits, for use in workplace environmental monitoring and health supervision. In the past, the hemp textile industry generally adopted the standard of 10mg/m3 for "other dust" in TJ36-79 "Industrial Enterprise Design Hygiene Standard" promulgated in 1979. All kinds of hemp textile processing enterprises should implement this standard from the date of promulgation of this standard.
Because different types of hemp dust have different health hazards to workers, health standards for flax, jute and ramie dust are formulated separately.
This standard shall be implemented from September 1, 1996. The standard was proposed by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China. The drafting units of this standard are: Sichuan Provincial Institute of Labor Hygiene and Occupational Disease Prevention and Control, Heilongjiang Provincial Institute of Labor Hygiene and Occupational Disease Prevention and Control, and Anhui Provincial Institute of Occupational Disease Prevention and Control.
The main drafters of this standard are: Shen Guoan, Ge Songyan, Feng Ying, Wu Zhongya, Lin Jin, Ji Weihui. This standard is interpreted by the Institute of Labor Health and Occupational Diseases of the Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine, which is entrusted by the Ministry of Health. 572
