Multi-blade woodworking circular saw machines shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be designed and manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures.

4.2.1 The processing quality of castings, machined parts, etc. shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T842. 4.2.2 Outsourced accessories and standard parts shall comply with the current standards to ensure reliable performance. 4.3 The electrical system shall comply with the provisions of GB/T5226. 4.4 Appearance quality
4.4.1 The exposed processing surface shall not have defects such as rust, bruises, burrs, etc. 4.4.2 The assembly surfaces of parts shall be neat and there shall be no obvious misalignment. 4.4.3 The quality of paint shall comply with the provisions of QB/T842.7. 4.5 Machine tool accuracy
4.5.1 Before the machine tool inspection, the multi-blade woodworking circular saw machine should be in a natural leveling state. 4.5.2 During the inspection, if it is impossible to measure within the specified range, it should comply with the provisions of Article 2.2.1.1 of JB/T4171. 4.5.3 When other inspection methods are used, their accuracy should not be lower than the accuracy of the inspection method shown in this standard. 4.5.4 Geometric accuracy

5.1 The geometric accuracy and working accuracy of the machine tool shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Articles 4.5.4 and 4.5.5. 5.2 The parameters of the machine tool shall be inspected with a vernier caliper and shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.1. 5.3 The appearance quality shall be inspected by visual inspection and shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.4. 5.4 Idle operation test
5.4.1 There shall be no abnormal vibration and noise after idling for 1 hour. 5.4.2
Start and stop 10 times continuously to test the reliability of the action. 5.4.3 Test the flexibility of the operating mechanism. Use visual inspection. The noise level of idling operation is less than 85dB (A). The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of ZBJ65015. 5.4.4
5.4.5 The electrical system works accurately and reliably. Carry out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T5226. 5.5 Load test
Inspect the working accuracy in accordance with Article 4.5.5.

The packaging of the machine tool shall comply with the provisions of QB/T842.8 and GB/T191, and the exported machine tools shall comply with the provisions of JB/T1471. 7.3 Transportation
The transportation shall comply with the provisions of QB/T842.8 and the requirements of the relevant transportation department documents. 7.4 Storage
