This standard is revised on the basis of JB3325-83 "Angle gauge Hock and accessories". The technical content of this standard is consistent with that of JB3325-83, and it has only been re-edited according to relevant regulations. The appendix A and appendix B of this standard are both appendices of the standard. This standard replaces JB3325-83 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Measuring Tools and Instruments. This standard specifies the type and size, technical requirements, marking and packaging of angle gauge blocks with accuracy levels of 0, 1 and 2. This standard applies to block-shaped angle gauge blocks with a certain angle between measuring surfaces. Definition
This standard adopts the following definitions.
2.1 Angle gauge block
It is a triangular or quadrilateral shape, an angle measuring instrument with an angle between adjacent planes as the measuring angle and an accurate angle value. 3 Type and size

Technical requirements
The measuring surface of the angle gauge block should be grindable. The internal stress of the angle gauge block should be eliminated.

Angle gauge blocks should be made of alloy tool steel GCr15, CrMn or Cr. The hardness of the angle gauge block measuring surface should not be less than 63HRC, and the maximum allowable value of surface roughness R is 0.02um. 4.4
4.5 The working angle deviation of the angle gauge block, the flatness tolerance of the measuring surface (αa) and the perpendicularity tolerance (b) of the measuring surface relative to the reference plane (A) are specified in Table 3.

Note: Within 3mm from the short side of the measuring surface, the flatness tolerance is allowed to be 0.6um. 5 Marking and packaging
5.1 Angle gauge blocks shall be marked with:
a) manufacturer’s name or registered trademark;
b) nominal value of working angle.
The packaging box of angle gauge blocks shall be marked with:
a) manufacturer’s name or registered trademark;
b) product name.
5.3 Angle gauge blocks shall be treated with rust prevention and properly packaged before packaging. Products shall not be damaged during transportation due to poor packaging. 5.4 Angle gauge blocks that have been verified to meet the requirements of this standard shall be accompanied by a product certificate, which shall have the standard number and factory date of this standard. 3
