4.1 In order to ensure the basic performance of the machine tool, the following accessories and tools should be randomly supplied: tool holder, boring tool, special micrometer, centering rod, machine body clamping device, special wrench, etc. 4.2 The following special accessories that expand the performance of the machine tool are supplied according to the user's requirements and agreement: grinding rack, grinding wheel, single-cylinder boring rack, etc. 5 Processing and assembly quality
5.1 This machine tool is assessed according to the V-level precision machine tool of JB/T9871-1999. 5.2 The spindle sleeve must be wear-resistant and its hardness must not be less than 50HRC. 5.3 The machine body must be aging treated.
5.4 The bottom plane of the machine body is assessed according to the displacement guide rail. 5.5 The precision of the special micrometer head shall not be less than the first level specified in GB/T12161985. 5.6 The adjustment accuracy of the distance K between the positioning surface of the tool body at the end of the spindle and the spindle axis shall not exceed 0~+0.03mm, see Figure 1. 5.7 The operating force of the handwheel and handle should be uniform within the travel range. The operating force of the main shaft sleeve lifting handle should not exceed 100N, and the operating force of other handwheel handles should not exceed 40N.
5.8 Inspect the machine tool noise according to the provisions of GB/T16769. Under the condition of idling, the noise sound pressure level shall not exceed 80dB(A)5.9 The machine tool is not allowed to have oil seepage or leakage. Machine tool idling test
The idling power of the machine tool (excluding the no-load power of the motor) shall not exceed 15% of the machine tool idling power index. Note: Select 10 machine tools with good assembly quality, measure their idling power (deduct the no-load power of the motor during measurement), and take the average value as the machine tool idling power index.
7 Machine tool load test
This series of machine tools should be subjected to the following load tests: a) Maximum torque test:

Mass-produced machine tools are only subjected to load tests under the conditions of 2/3 maximum torque and 2/3 maximum feed resistance, but comprehensive spot checks should be carried out regularly.
