5 Inspection rules
5.1 Inspection classification
5.1.1 Type inspection
GB/T 5177.5—2002
All technical requirements and indicators specified in this standard shall be inspected in the following circumstances: 1) When there are changes in production, raw materials and processes that may affect product quality; 2) When resuming production after a long period of suspension,
3) When there is a large difference between the factory inspection result and the last type inspection result; 4) During normal production, a type inspection shall be carried out every two years; 5.12 Factory acceptance
Except for the group analysis, all items are subject to factory inspection. 5.2 Batching and sampling rules
5.2.1 Industrial products shall be delivered and sampled in batches, and products of the same specification, grade and batch delivered at the same time shall constitute a batch.
Products leaving the factory shall be inspected and certified by the quality inspection department of the production unit according to this standard. The product quality inspection certificate shall be issued at the receiving point for acceptance. If necessary, it can be inspected and accepted in detail according to the following provisions within one year. 5.2.2 Sampling
5.2.2.1 When the batch is reduced to 1, take the piece from the batch at random according to the batch size. 5.2.2.2 For the oil end with uniform horizontal surface, take samples by combining the test rods from the top of the tank to the bottom of the tank at one-third, one-half and five-sixths of the liquid level. 5.2.2.3 For the oil end of the train oil car and the automobile oil end, take samples at the rolling surface of the fuel tank at the depth of two-thirds. 5.2.2.4 Take a total of 3k samples from each sample unit and pack them into the next sample bag, add a seal, and note the sample name, grade, batch size, production unit, sampling date and person who took it. Both parties shall hold a copy of the inspection form and the lender shall keep a copy for inspection. The samples shall be stored in a dark place for a storage period of 10 days. If the consignee finds that the container and seal are not intact or damaged, he shall immediately report to the transportation department together with the manufacturer. 5.3 Determination of the quality of the product shall be determined by comparing the physical and chemical indexes with the (B/817C) monthly revised value. If the test index does not meet the requirements of this standard, the product can be re-sampled twice from the delivered batch. If the re-test result is still unsatisfactory, the batch is judged to be unqualified. 5.4. If the two parties still have disputes over the inspection results, they can conduct arbitration and the arbitration result shall be the most comprehensive. 6. Labeling, packaging, transportation and storage G/T 5177.5-2002 6-1 The packaging containers should be marked with: a) product name, product number and packaging batch number; b) net content and weight; d) producer name, place of origin and postal code. 6.2 The packaging of industrial straight chain alkyl should be made of special oil (the car will not be corroded or sprayed, and the packaging can ensure the resistance to mechanical contamination). The product should be packed with air according to the temperature and leave space for passengers. The packaging container should be clean and contain reasonable weight. The industrial straight chain should be kept in a safe place during transportation. Avoid direct sunlight and moisture during loading and unloading. 6.3 The industrial straight chain should be stored in a covered place! It should be placed outdoors to prevent rain. 6.4
