Health standard for fenvalerate in the air of workplace
Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the maximum permissible concentration of fenvalerate in the air of workplace and the monitoring and inspection methods. This standard applies to enterprises that produce and use fenvalerate. Hygiene requirements
The maximum daily average permissible concentration of fenvalerate in the air of workplace is 0.05mg/m (skin). 3 Monitoring and inspection methods
The monitoring and inspection methods of this standard adopt gas chromatography, see Appendix A. 4 Supervision and implementation
Health administrative departments at all levels are responsible for supervising the implementation of this standard. Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on April 3, 1996 428

Valerythrin in the air is collected with n-hexane, separated by SE-30 column, and detected by electron capture detector. The retention time is used for qualitative analysis and the peak height is used for quantitative analysis.
The detection limit of this method is 1×105μg (1ul liquid sample is injected). A2 Apparatus
A2.1 Multi-hole glass plate absorption tube.
A2.2 Atmospheric sampler, flow rate 0~1L/min. A2.3 Micro syringe, 1μL.
A2.4 Gas chromatograph, 3Ni electron capture detector. A3 Reagents
A3.1 n-hexane, analytical grade
A3.2 Pure cypermethrin, 96.5% or more. A3.3 Anhydrous sodium sulfate, analytical grade, dried at 120℃ for 1h before use. A3.4 SE-30, chromatographic stationary phase,
A3.5 Chromosorb WHP support, 60-80 mesh. A4 Sampling
Connect two porous glass plate absorption tubes each containing 10mL n-hexane in series, and extract 10L of air at a rate of 0.5L/min. Analysis steps
A5.1 Chromatographic conditions
Chromatographic column: glass column with a length of 1.5m and an inner diameter of 4mm. a.
b. Stationary phase: SE-3o: Chromosorb WHP support = 3:10. c. Temperature: column temperature 260℃;
vaporization chamber temperature 270℃;
detection chamber temperature 280℃.
d, carrier gas (high purity nitrogen): 60mL/min. A5.2 Drawing of standard curve
Weigh 10.0mg of pure fenvalerate, place it in a 10mL volumetric flask, dissolve it with n-hexane and dilute to the scale. Dilute it with n-hexane to 0.01, 0.02, 0.040.08μg/mL fenvalerate standard solution before use. Take 1μL of sample respectively, measure the retention time and peak height. Repeat three times for each concentration, take the average value of the peak height, plot the fenvalerate content against the peak height, and draw the standard curve. Retention time is a qualitative indicator.
A5.3Sample analysis

Time, min
Wash the inner wall of the air inlet pipe three times with the absorption liquid in the absorption tube, combine the absorption liquids of the two tubes, wash the absorption tubes 2-3 times with a small amount of n-hexane respectively, and add the washing liquid to the absorption liquid to a total volume of 20mL, mix well, add 0.5g of anhydrous sodium sulfate for dehydration, take 1μL for injection, and use the retention time for qualitative analysis and the peak height for quantitative analysis.
