Summary:
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of steel drying cylinders for papermaking machinery. This standard applies to steel drying cylinders with a diameter not exceeding 3800mm and a working pressure not exceeding 0.8 MPa and steel hot pressing cylinders with a working pressure not exceeding 1.0 MPa (hereinafter collectively referred to as "drying cylinders") for papermaking machines, paperboard machines and pulp machines.
