This standard specifies the quality grade, test method, sampling and evaluation method of stand-up pouch forming-filling-sealing machines with a packaging capacity not exceeding 1500mL.
This standard applies to stand-up pouch forming-filling-sealing machines (hereinafter referred to as packaging machines) specified in JB/7549.4-1994 "Stand-up Pouch Forming-Filling-Sealing Machines".

5 Sampling and evaluation methods
5.1 Sampling method
JB/T53228-1999
5.1.1 Random sampling is adopted for sampling, which can be drawn from the production plant, user or sales department. The taken out packaging machine must be sealed. The sampling method shall be in accordance with the provisions of 6.2.3 of JB/T7549.4-1994. 5.1.2 In principle, the inspection of the main parts of the packaging machine must be carried out by disassembling the whole machine to be sampled. If some parts are not convenient to disassemble, random sampling is allowed from the qualified main parts in storage. 5.1.3 Inspection of main items of main parts: The main items of main parts shall be determined by the manufacturer according to the specific conditions of the parts. The total number of items shall not exceed 100. During sampling, two items of each main part shall be randomly selected from the qualified parts in storage. Evaluation method
According to the grade requirements specified in Chapter 3, the actual measured results of all project indicators are met, or the grade is determined according to the lowest indicator achieved. 2
