3 Types, basic parameters and dimensions
3.1 Steel pond glass flange cover
As specified in Figure 1 and Table-1,

4.1 Material selection, manufacturing, testing and acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with ZB, G94004 and this standard. 158

4.2 The material of the flange cover is Q235-A or No. 20 steel. 4.3 The allowable deviation of the center diameter of the bolt hole on the flange cover and the chord length of two adjacent bolt holes is ±0.6mm; the allowable deviation of the chord length of any two bolt holes is ±1mm.
4.4 Bolts for flange cover connection: When PN is greater than 0.6MPa and less than or equal to 1.0MPa, follow the provisions of GB5782: When PN is less than or equal to 0.6MPa, follow the provisions of GB5780, nuts follow the provisions of GB6170, and gaskets are selected according to relevant standards. 4.5 The water pressure test pressure is in accordance with Table 2.
5 Packaging, transportation and extended storage
5.1 The product should have a packing list, product certificate and product instruction manual 5.2 Do not bump during moving and transportation,
