1 This table is compiled according to the partition of the pipeline layout drawing.
2 The pipe rack number shall be in accordance with the provisions of HG20519.29-92. 3 The model number shall be filled in for standard pipe racks, and the drawing number shall be filled in for special pipe racks. 4 The variable size in the standard pipe rack shall be shown in the subsequent part of the model number, see the standard pipe rack drawing. The supported pipe number shall include: material code, pipe diameter, pipe number and pipe grade number. 5
When the pipeline layout drawing does not adopt the coordinate annotation method, the grid number of the pipeline layout drawing where the pipe rack is located shall be filled in instead. B4 and G3 The compilation of this table shall be carried out at the same time as the pipe rack number is marked in the pipeline layout drawing. For the method, please refer to Article 11. 8 When a pipe rack number supports multiple pipes, each pipe number shall be filled in one line, and the main pipe rack shall be written in the first line. 9 When the pipe bottom elevation is adopted for the pipe, the pipe center elevation column shall be changed to BOPELX×××. 10 For the sliding pipe support on the pipe gallery or outer pipe, the pipe rack number shall only be written as "RS" and the serial number. At the same time, only the coordinates of the pipe center shall be filled in.
11 When filling in the pipe rack table, it should be divided into several sheets according to the prefixes of the pipe rack type and the structural composition of the rooting part to avoid confusion in the pipe rack serial number. If there are not many pipe racks, each pipe rack table is allowed to be divided into upper and lower halves or several sections to fill in several types of pipe racks with prefixes.
12 For spring brackets, a spring summary table shall be added. The format is shown in HG20519.19-9213. The pipe rack table uses an A4 drawing sheet and the format is as shown in the example table. 14 Simple pipe racks that are not shown in the drawing can be indicated in the remarks column or represented by a simple diagram.
