This standard specifies the type, size and technical requirements of polytetrafluoroethylene coated short gaskets for steel pipe flanges (European system). This standard is applicable to polytetrafluoroethylene coated gaskets for raised face steel pipe flanges with nominal pressure PN of 0.6MPa (6har) 4.0MPa (a0bar) and working temperature of 150°C as specified in HG20592. Note: With 1 month of use experience, it can be used up to 200 ℃, 185 ℃. 4 Technical Requirements
4.0.1 The raw materials of the polytetrafluoroethylene coating gel shall comply with the grade requirements of GB713iPTFESM031. 4.0.2 Embedding layer - generally asbestos rubber sheet, its technical performance index shall comply with the provisions of X350 or XB4.50 in (133985). If the purchaser has special requirements, other materials may be used. Please indicate it when ordering. 4.0.3 The limit deviation of the inner diameter D. and outer diameter D, and D, of the gasket shall comply with the provisions of Table 4.0.3. The limit deviation of the coating thickness is 0.05mm and the limit deviation of the total thickness of the gasket is ±0.10mm. The gasket shall be smooth, without warping and deformation, with uniform thickness, and no defects such as holes and slag inclusions are allowed. 4: 0. 4
The compression rate, stress relaxation rate and sealing leakage rate of the gasket shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13404. 4. 10. 5

5 Marking and packaging
5.0.1 Gaskets shall be packed according to type, specification and material, and a product quality inspection certificate shall be attached upon delivery. Gaskets shall be marked with labels, 0.2 specified. 5.0.2 Marking Example
