3.2 The surface of the parts should be smooth and no defects such as burrs, marks, sharp corners and cracks are allowed. Brand

3.3 The weld seam of the welded parts shall be uniform and free from defects such as pores, spatter, slag, undercut, cracks, etc. that may affect the performance and appearance. 3.4 After assembly, all rotating parts shall be able to rotate flexibly, and the springs shall be able to retract freely without any jamming. 3.5 After the spring tow hook is assembled, a tensile test and a decoupling test shall be performed; the tensile test load shall be twice the allowable load, and the decoupling test load shall be the allowable load.
4 Test method
CB/T637-1995
4.1 Tension test: Place the spring tow hook on the test bench in working state, check whether the hook can rotate up and down and left and right flexibly, then gradually and evenly apply tension. When the tension reaches the tension test load specified in 3.5, keep it for 5 minutes. After the test, all parts should not have permanent deformation, cracks and other defects.
4.2 Unhooking test: When the tension gradually and evenly reaches the unhooking test load specified in 3.5, open the handle and the hook should be able to unhook. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Each product must be inspected and qualified by the inspection department, and a product certificate must be issued. It can only be shipped after approval by the ship inspection. 5.2 The materials of the main parts must comply with the provisions of 3.1. 5.3 The surface and welds of the parts must meet the provisions of 3.2 and 3.3. 5.4 The assembly must meet the provisions of 3.4.
Each product shall be subjected to tensile test and unhooking test according to the provisions of 4.1 and 4.2. 5.5
Marking and packaging
The qualified spring towing hook shall have the following markings: 6.1
Manufacturer name,
Product model;
Test year and month;
Ship inspection pass stamp.
6.2 Packaging
The packaging box shall be firm and reliable, and the following contents shall be marked on the outside of the packaging box: a.
Name and address of the receiving unit;
Name and address of the sending unit;
Product name;
Factory number and date;
Total weight.
