The main dimensions of inland waterway aids to navigation
1 Main dimensions and scope of application
1.1 This standard specifies the main dimensions of inland waterway aids to navigation (referred to as inland waterway aids to navigation) GB 5864
Replaces GB 5864--86
1.2 This standard applies to inland waterway aids to navigation distributed in the navigable waters of rivers, lakes and reservoirs of the People's Republic of China. If the dimensions specified in this standard cannot meet the needs, it is allowed to be enlarged in proportion to the maximum dimension or reduced in proportion to the minimum dimension. 2 Reference standards
GB 5863 Inland Navigation Aids
3 This standard only specifies the main external dimensions and color dimensions of various inland navigation marks. Their detailed dimensions and specific structures are determined by the corresponding product standards.
4 The dimensions of inland navigation marks are mainly determined according to the waterway conditions and sight distance requirements. The specifications listed in this standard refer to the visible sight distance under the atmospheric transparency coefficient of about 0.74, for reference in selection. 5 Except for bridge and culvert marks, whistle marks, boundary marks, sluice gate marks, and signposts, which must use solid signs, other inland navigation marks can use solid signs or slat structures. The gaps between the slats shall not be greater than one-third of the slat width. 6 For inland navigation marks with poles, such as river crossing marks, coastal marks, guide marks, transition guide marks, head and tail guide marks, flood marks, whistle marks, boundary marks, sluice gate marks, etc., the top of the pole should be 100 to 300 higher than the sign. mm. The top of the pole of the traffic signal beacon and the water depth signal beacon should be 300~500mm higher than the crossbeam.
When the pole needs to be painted with horizontal or diagonal stripes, the width of each stripe is 300~500mm, and the diagonal angle is 30°~60°. A trapezoidal plate should be installed. The angle between the trapezoidal plate and the pole should not exceed 30°. 7 The external dimensions of the river crossing guide beacon should comply with the provisions of Figure 1 and Table 1. External dimensions, m
Note: 1) When used for guide beacons, this value is determined based on the calculation and specific conditions of the place where the mark is set. 8. The dimensions of the trapezoidal sign installed on the river crossing mark and guide sign shall comply with the requirements of Figure 2 and Table 2. The width of the middle vertical bar of the trapezoidal sign of Figure 2
trapezoidal guide sign is specified to be 0.3m or 0.4m. Note: 1) When used for guide marks, this value is determined according to the calculation and specific conditions of the mark setting place, b
