This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, main dimensions and technical requirements of Tang Glass Stuffing Box, HG/T2048.1-91
This standard applies to the sealing device of the stirring shaft of Tang Glass equipment with a nominal pressure less than or equal to 0.25MPa, and is applicable to medium temperatures of 0℃ to 100℃ and shaft line speeds less than 1m/s. This stuffing box is not suitable for media with extremely, highly and moderately toxic levels.

4.3 The limit deviation of the center circle diameter of the stuffing box flange bolts and the chord length of two adjacent bolt holes is ±0.6mm; the limit deviation of the chord length of any two bolt holes is ±1mm.
4.4 The box body shall be manufactured, tested and accepted in accordance with this standard and ZBG94004. 4.5 When installing the packing, it shall be compressed layer by layer. HG/T2048.1—91
4.6 After the packing box is assembled, it shall be subjected to a water pressure test or an operation air tightness test together with the sugar glass equipment. The test pressure and tightness requirements shall comply with the requirements of the general drawing of the sugar glass equipment. 4.7 Lubricant shall be filled in the gland oil groove, and the lubricant used shall not affect the medium in the container. 4.8 According to the requirements of the medium, polytetrafluoroethylene fiber braided packing, packing impregnated with special lubricant, flexible graphite packing or other soft packing shall be selected, but the name of the packing material shall be indicated on the general drawing of the sugar glass equipment. 4.9 The box flange is connected to the pipe mouth slip-on flange of the equipment, and the connection size is in accordance with the provisions of HG/T2105PN0.6MPa. 5 Packaging, transportation and storage
5.1 The exposed glass surface is wrapped with soft objects and firmly fixed in the packaging box. 5.2 Magnetic collision must be avoided during movement and transportation, and the packaging box is not allowed to be inverted. 5.3 The product should be accompanied by a packing list, product certificate and product instruction manual. 5.4 The product should be stored indoors: It is not allowed to be stored or stacked in the open air.
