General tolerances of metal shearing parts
This standard specifies the general tolerances of metal sheet shearing parts with a thickness of up to 12mm. JB/T6753.2—93
This standard applies to shearing parts obtained by shearing and directly obtained by shearing machines in the equipment structure of electrical equipment. It can also be used as a reference for shearing and processing parts of plates, strips, strips and profiles processed by other methods. 2 Reference standards

Shearing parts
Blocks, strips or parts obtained by shearing metal sheets can be called shearing parts. 3.2 Shear width
The distance from the cutting edge of the shear blade to the opposite edge is called the shear width (see dimension b in Figure 1). 3.3 Shear length
The length of the side of the shear piece cut by the shear blade is called the shear length (see dimension L in Figure 1). Shear piece
Tolerance grade
The general tolerances of the shear width, shear length straightness and shear verticality are divided into two grades, A and B. According to the different requirements of the shear piece, they can be selected separately or mixed.
