3 Sample preparation
3.1 The inspection unit shall prepare a regular sample with a diameter of D of 202mm and a length of L of 20±2mm (the diameter of the coarse pottery sample is 50±5mm and the length of L is 50±5mm) according to the production process conditions of the product. The number of samples to be inspected is 10. 3.2 The sample is not allowed to deform axially. Select a suitable load busbar on the sample. The non-parallelism of the two busbars is less than 0.10mn/cm. When the two bottom surfaces are uneven, they should be processed flat on the grinding machine, and the non-perpendicularity with the busbar is less than! 3.3 Clean the sample, remove the sample with obvious defects and obvious roundness error, accurately measure the sample size (accurate to 0.1m), number the sample and record the size, and dry it for use.
