This part specifies the geometric accuracy and working accuracy requirements for horizontal band sawing machines Testing method. This section applies to horizontal band saws with a maximum sawing diameter of 250mm to 2000mm. Horizontal band saws with a maximum sawing diameter less than 250mm or greater than 2000mm may refer to this section. 2 Normative reference documents

For dated reference documents, all subsequent amendments (excluding corrigenda) or revisions do not apply to this section. However, parties to an agreement based on this section are encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these documents can be used. . For undated referenced documents, the latest version applies to this section. 3.1 Refer to GB/T17421.1-1998 3.1 Adjust the installation level of the machine tool. Place a level in the center of the workbench. The readings of the level in either the longitudinal or transverse direction do not exceed the specifications in the instruction manual. 3.2 When the actual measured length is different from the length specified in this standard, the tolerance shall be converted to the measurable length according to the provisions of 2.3.1.1 in GB/T17421.11998. When the conversion result is less than 0.01mm, it is still calculated as 0.01mm. 3.3 When inspecting various geometric accuracy, manual or machine tool low-speed movement should be used. 3.4: The working accuracy test of the machine tool should be carried out on the specified test piece. The test piece is made of 45 steel, in normalized state, with a hardness of 170HBS ~ 200HBS, and the hardness is uniform. The surface roughness R of the specimen should not be greater than 6.3um. 3.5 For large-sized forged castings and workpieces without surface treatment, the working accuracy can be directly measured by placing a square ruler on the horizontal datum surface of the machine tool workbench or tested by other indirect measurement methods. 3.6 The bimetal band saw blade used when testing the geometric accuracy and working accuracy of machine tools must comply with the standards of JB/T7963.2 and UJB/T7963.3.
3.7 The order of accuracy inspection items listed in this standard does not represent the actual order of inspection. In order to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of inspection tools and inspection, inspections can be carried out in any order
