Expired products should be re-tested according to the requirements of (3.2). Only those that meet the standards can be used. Appendix A
Method for determining the performance of paper lunch boxes
(Appendix to the standard)
A1 Volume determination
Use a 1000mL measuring cylinder at room temperature to measure the corresponding volume of water and pour it into the paper lunch box. The large lunch box is 600mL, the medium lunch box is 500mL, and the small lunch box is 400mL. If there is no water overflow during self-test, it is qualified. A2 Water resistance test
Put the paper lunch box flat on the cardboard (or pulp board), pour in NaCl water with a temperature of (90±5)℃ and a concentration of about 5%, and then add 1 to 2 drops of methyl red indicator liquid. The height should not be less than 20mm. Pour out the water after 1 hour and observe whether there are any signs of leakage on the back and both sides. If no signs of leakage are found, it is qualified, otherwise it is judged as unqualified. 10
nkAoNikAca=
A3 Oil resistance test
Food Standards Network (http://spbz.cn/) Add (10 s 2) mL of edible oil (peanut oil, soybean oil) at (150 s 10) ℃ to a paper lunch box with a porcelain spoon, and then place the paper lunch box on a napkin. After 1 hour, observe whether there are oil spots on the napkin. If there are no oil spots, it is qualified, otherwise it is unqualified.
A4 Load-bearing performance test
Put the paper lunch box flat on a flat plate and cover the lid. Use a metal ruler to measure the height of the paper lunch box (including the lid) to an accuracy of 1mm. Then pour in the mortar-sand mixture. After covering the lid, place a 200mm200mm
3mm flat glass on it. Then place a 3kg weight in the center of the flat glass. When the weight is loaded for 15s, immediately remove the base weight and the glass plate, and then accurately measure the above height. The load-bearing performance value of the sample is calculated by the following formula: HO-H
Where: W is the load-bearing performance value of the sample, %;
Ho is the height of the sample, mm.
H is the height of the sample after loading, mm.
Note: The slurry-sand mixture used for various types of paper lunch boxes is as follows: Large lunch box (600mL): 250mL water, 50g pulp and 200g sand: Medium lunch box (500mL): 200mL water, 40g pulp and 160g sand: Small lunch box (400mL): 150mL water, 30g pulp and 120g sand. A5 box cover folding test
Open and close the sample box cover at an angle of 180° for 15 times in a row, and observe that there should be no cracks or cracks at the connection with the box body. It can be used.
