This standard applies to cold-rolled strips of magnetic temperature compensation alloys 1J30, 1J31, 1J32, 1J33 and 1J38 for magnetic shunt compensation. 1 Dimensions and shape
1.1 Dimensions
The dimensions and allowable deviations of the alloy strips shall conform to the relevant provisions of GB/T15001 General provisions for dimensions, shape, surface quality, test methods and inspection rules for soft alloys.
1.2 Shape
The shape of the alloy strip shall conform to the relevant provisions of GB/T15001. According to the requirements of the purchaser, the cold-rolled strip can be delivered in straight strips. 2 Technical requirements
2.1 Grade and chemical composition
The alloy grade and chemical composition shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. When the alloy magnetic properties comply with the provisions of Table 2, the chemical composition is allowed to deviate from the range specified in Table 1.

2.2 Smelting method
The alloy is smelted in a vacuum induction furnace. Other smelting methods that meet the requirements of this standard may also be used, but this should be noted in the quality certificate.
2.3 Delivery status
The alloy strip is delivered without heat treatment.
2.4 Magnetic properties
The magnetic properties of the alloy sample shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. The magnetic properties of 1J30, 1J31 and 1J32 alloys are tested in the annealed state. The magnetic properties of 1J33 and 1J38 alloys are tested in the cold rolled state, and are also allowed to be tested in the annealed state. Approved by the State Administration of Industry and Information Technology on April 4, 1994 and implemented on May 1, 1994
