4 Technical requirements
4.1 The grade, chemical composition, density and annealed hardness of the product shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 4.2 There shall be no cracks, inclusions, interlayers and other defects visible to the naked eye on the surface of the product. 4.3 The microstructure of sintered high-speed steel products delivered in heat-treated state is tempered martensite + carbide + a small amount of residual austenite, in which the carbides should be fine and uniform, and the maximum carbide size should be less than 25μm (Figure a, b). Local semi-net carbides are allowed (Figure c, d), but continuous net carbides or ledeburite structure are not allowed (Figure e). 4.4 The hardness of sintered high-speed steel products after quenching and tempering shall comply with the requirements of Table 2. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on December 11, 1991 and implemented on July 1, 1992

6.1Each batch of products is made of powder with the same batch number. JB/T5965—91
6.2The products shall be inspected and accepted by the inspection department and issued with a certificate before they can leave the factory6.3The factory test items and sampling methods shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Table 3. 6.4 Each inspection result shall comply with the provisions of the corresponding technical requirements. Unqualified items shall be sampled and re-inspected according to the provisions of GB5957. If qualified after re-inspection, it can be judged as qualified. If unqualified after re-inspection, it shall be judged as unqualified, and the batch of products shall be treated as scrap. 6.5 The purchaser may sample the received products according to GB2828 and accept them according to the test methods specified in this standard. If the inspection results do not meet the requirements of this standard, it shall be reported to the supplier within three months from the date of receipt of the product, and the two parties shall negotiate to resolve the problem. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1'Each product shall be coated with anti-rust oil, wrapped with moisture-proof paper, and placed in a wooden box. The net weight of each box shall not exceed 30kg. 7.2 The packing list shall indicate the following:
Manufacturer name;
Product name and brand:
Factory number, factory date;
Product inspection certificate or warranty,
7.3 The outside of the packaging box shall indicate: product brand, product name, batch number and net weight, and have words or signs such as "moisture-proof". 7.4 The product shall be protected from moisture during transportation and shall not be subjected to severe magnetic shock. 7.5 The product shall be stored in a dry coal, ventilated and acid-free, alkali-free atmosphere to prevent oxidation.
