This standard is a revision of ZBJ85004.287 "Nuts for track and sprocket segment of crawler bulldozer". During the revision, the original standard was edited, and the main technical content remained basically unchanged. This standard replaces ZBJ85004.2—87 from the date of implementation. The thread is made of fine pitch ordinary thread specified in GB/T193, and its tolerance zone is 6H grade specified in GB/T197. The surface roughness R value of the side of the internal thread is 3.2um, and the surface roughness of the minor diameter is not specified. The surface of the nut should be oxidized and coated with anti-rust oil. Other technical conditions shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3098.2. The mechanical properties of the nut shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2

The guaranteed load test of the nut shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 8.1 of GB/T3098.41986, and the guaranteed load shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 3. 5.2
Hardness test
The hardness test of the nut shall be carried out on the bearing surface or side. The average hardness of three points with an interval of 120P is taken as the hardness of the nut. 2

Nuts should be sampled before leaving the factory. The sampling method is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T90, n=80 pieces, and the qualified quality level (AQL) and qualified judgment number (Ac) are specified according to the importance of the inspection items. Packaging, transportation and storage
Nuts should be cleaned of dirt and metal chips before packaging, and the surface should be coated with rust inhibitor. After assembly with bolts, they should be packed in wooden boxes lined with moisture-proof paper or 7.1
Package, and ensure that the parts will not be damaged during normal transportation. The weight of a single box shall not exceed 30kg. A certificate of conformity signed by the inspector shall be attached to the box, and the name, model and quantity of the product shall be indicated. 7.2
The box shall be marked with:
a) manufacturer's name;
b) product name and model;
c) product specifications or marks;
d) number of pieces and net weight:
e) manufacturing (ex-factory) date.
7.4 After packing, the nuts should be placed in a ventilated and dry warehouse. Under normal storage conditions, they will not rust within one year from the date of leaving the factory. 3
