6 Inspection plan

B, 1 Evaluation process The production inspection department shall be responsible for the inspection of the finished products. The manufacturer shall ensure that the products shipped out of the factory meet the requirements of this standard. Each batch of products shall be accompanied by a quality certificate, which includes the product name, product name, trademark, date of manufacture, and the standard number of the product. 6.2 The acceptance unit has the right to accept various inspections according to this standard and inspect whether the quality of the products received meets the requirements of this standard. Each batch shall be inspected once, and different batches shall be inspected separately. 6.3 For each batch of packaging with less than 100 pieces (tins), two pieces (tins) shall be drawn, and for each batch with more than 16 pieces (tins), three pieces (tins) shall be drawn. After opening the packaging, check the quality, and then mix thoroughly. Then use the sample collector (tin) to take 5-1g of the sample, put it into the mixing device, and put it into two bottles respectively. The bottles shall be marked with: manufacturer name, product name, batch number, date of inspection, and one bottle shall be kept for backup. 6.4 If any index in the acceptance result does not meet the requirements of this standard, the manufacturer may directly conduct a re-test together with the manufacturer. If the re-test result still has any index that is unqualified, the batch of products cannot be inspected. 6.5 When the supply and demand parties have objections to the product quality, the two parties may negotiate, and the testing agency shall be responsible for the cost.
6.B Color, appearance, and freezing point are product inspection indicators. Solubility and formaldehyde content are type inspection indicators, which should be tested once every quarter.
