The cutting surface quality is evaluated by the two parameters of cutting surface flatness u and cutting depth; dross, post-application, upper edge melting degree and notch are not used as the basis for quality classification.
The quality of the cut surface of X, Y, V, and K-shaped cuts shall be evaluated separately for each cut surface. 3.1 The quality of the cut surface is divided into two levels, I and 1. The grading ranges of the cut surface flatness u and the cut depth h are shown in Figures 1 and 2. mm

3.2 When there are special requirements, the quality of the cut surface can also be agreed upon by both the supplier and the buyer. The agreed cutting surface flatness u and cutting depth h should be indicated on the drawing, as shown in 6.3b) of JB/T10045.3--1999 approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on June 24, 1999, and implemented on January 1, 2000. um

Workpiece dimensional deviation refers to the difference between the basic size of the workpiece and the actual size after cutting. The actual size should be measured after the incision is cleaned and cooled to room temperature. The workpiece dimensional deviation is shown in Table 1. The deviation includes the deviation caused by the flatness of the cutting surface. Table 1 Workpiece size deviation
