This standard is consistent with the technical content of ZBJ57002.87, and is only edited based on the relevant existing vertical changes. This standard is proposed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Metalworking Cutting Machine Tools. This standard is sponsored by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Metalworking Cutting Machine Tools. 1 This standard was first issued in July 1987. The mechanical industry standard of the People's Republic of China specifies the requirements and inspection methods for the geometric accuracy and working accuracy of vertical band saws. The standard is applicable to band saws with a maximum cutting width of 125-500mm. 2 Reference standard JB.T9930.3-1999 157 [IU287] The provisions contained in the underlined standard are made into unmarked provisions by quoting in the content standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are all valid. All standards will be revised. Each user of hydraulic pressure standard should consider the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards: GR17121.1-1998 General Rules for Machine Tool Inspection Part 1: General requirements for the accuracy of the machine under no-load or precision conditions 3.1. When using the standard, it is necessary to refer to GB/T17421.t, especially the installation of the precision inspection function, the idle operation temperature rise of the spindle and other components, the running force method and the accuracy of the inspection tool. 3.2 Refer to GB17421.1-1998 3.1 to install the whole machine tool horizontally. Make the working position the middle position of the common task. Place it horizontally in the center of the workbench, and the readings of the water meter in the longitudinal and transverse directions shall not exceed 0.04/1000. 3.3 When the actual measured length is different from the measured length specified in this standard, the tolerance shall be converted according to the provisions of 2.3.1.1 of GB/T [7421.1--1998. When the conversion result is less than 0.01 mm, it shall still be calculated as 0.01 mm. 3.4 The order of the precision inspection items listed in this standard does not indicate the actual inspection order.
