When the logical sequence of the outlet mark is the same as the electrical phase sequence direction of the main phase motor, the motor should rotate clockwise when viewed from the main shaft extension: for a synchronous speed of 1500r/imi: the motor with a degree of 1 should rotate in the opposite direction. When rotating in the clockwise direction, the user shall indicate 4.22
in the contract that the uneven hook of the motor air gap should not be greater than the requirements in Table 11. Table 11 | | tt | tt||0. 9

4.23 The motor has a cylinder Shaft shaft extension, if there is another agreement between the two parties, it is allowed to be made into two shaft extensions. The third shaft extension should be able to transmit the rated power, and they can only be driven by couplings.
4.24 motors can be made with three or six outlet terminals (the user should indicate this in the contract). Viewed from the extension end of the main shaft, the junction box of the motor is placed on the right or above the factory base. If there is another agreement between the two parties, the junction box is allowed to be placed on the left side of the machine base. There should be a grounding terminal in the junction box of the motor, and another grounding terminal should be provided on the base. A grounding mark should be set near the grounding terminal. This mark should be guaranteed to be indelible throughout the motor's service life.
5 Inspection Rules
5.1 Each motor must pass the inspection before leaving the factory, and shall be accompanied by a product inspection certificate. 5.2 Each motor must undergo inspection and testing. The inspection and test items include: a. | |tt | The insulation resistance of the state is not low (strictly stipulated in Article 4.14 of this standard), the motor with three outlet terminals does not need to measure the insulation resistance of the stator winding between phases: Measurement of the DC resistance of the stator winding in the actual cold state: C.
Withstand voltage test:
Inter-turn impulse withstand voltage or short-term increased voltage test; determination of no-load current and loss:| |tt||Note: It is necessary to measure the no-load characteristic curve g during the type test.
Determination of locked-rotor current and loss;

Measurement of vibration (according to the provisions of Article 5.6 of this standard) . i
5.3 Type testing must be carried out whenever one of the following situations occurs: after identification and finalization, the first trial production or small batch trial production; a.
h.||tt ||When changes in the design or process of the motor are enough to cause changes in certain characteristics and parameters; when there are unacceptable deviations between the inspection test results and the previously conducted type test results; d.
Sampling tests are conducted regularly, at least once a year. 5.4 Type test items for electric motors include: a.
All items of inspection test;
Overflow test:
Determination of efficiency and power factor;
Short-time over-torque (or over-current) test :
Determination of maximum torque;
Determination of minimum torque during starting;
Overspeed test.
5.5. The mechanical inspection items of the motor include: a. Rotation inspection: When the motor rotates, it should be smooth and brisk without stagnation; b. Appearance inspection: Check whether the motor is assembled completely and correctly, and the paint on the motor surface should be dry, complete, uniform, and free of stains, damage, cracks, etc.;
℃. Inspection of installation dimensions, external dimensions and key dimensions: The installation dimensions and external dimensions should comply with the provisions of Article 3.8.1 of this standard, and the key dimensions should comply with the provisions of Article 3.8.2 of this standard; d. Radial runout, parallelism and flatness of the foot support surface should comply with the provisions of Articles 3.8.3, 3.8.1 and 3.8.5 of this standard: The symmetry of the chain groove should comply with the provisions of Article 3.8.6 of this standard, and the flatness of the foot support surface and the symmetry of the keyway are allowed to be inspected on the parts! . 5.6 Articles a and b of Article 5.5 of this standard must be inspected for each unit, and Articles h and i of Article 5.2 and Articles c and d of Article 5.5 can be judged and inspected. The inspection method is formulated by the manufacturer.
5.7 The tests specified in 5.2 (except e, h and i) and 5.4 of this standard shall be carried out in accordance with GB1032. When loose-embedded windings are used, c in 5.2 shall be carried out in accordance with JB/Z294. h in 5.2 shall be carried out in accordance with GB10069. 5.2.1 is carried out in accordance with GB1310068. The inspection of the installation dimensions and tolerances specified in 5.5 is carried out in accordance with GB4772.1. 5.8 The test of the motor housing protection level and the 40°C alternating damp heat test and the air gap unevenness inspection can be carried out when there are major changes in the product structure or process. The test method for the housing protection level is carried out in accordance with GB4942.1, and the 40°C alternating damp heat test is carried out in accordance with GB12665.
6 Marking and packaging
6.1 The nameplate material and the data engraving method on the nameplate should ensure that the handwriting is not easily erased during the entire period of use. 6.2 The nameplate should be fixed on the motor body The upper part of the seat should be marked with the following items: a.
