Summary:
This standard specifies the series of standard dimensions (diameter, length, height, etc.) commonly used in the machinery manufacturing industry within the range of 0.01~20000mm, and is applicable to the main dimensions with interchangeability or serialization requirements (such as installation and connection dimensions, matching dimensions with tolerance requirements, and nominal dimensions that determine the product series, etc.). Other structural dimensions should also be adopted as much as possible. The dependent variable dimensions derived from the main dimensions and the dimensions between the processes in the process are not restricted by this standard. For the dimensions specified in the existing special standards, they can be selected according to the special standards. The standard dimensions listed in the table are the priority numbers and their rounded value series selected according to GB321--80. The standard dimension series formulated by selecting the priority number rounded value series is represented by R. 3 When selecting series and individual sizes, standard sizes should be selected first in the preferred number series R. As long as the use requirements can be met, the basic series and their individual values of the common comparison should be selected in the order of R10, R20, and R40.
