This standard replaces GB/T471984 Hygienic standard and test method for ethylene dibromide residues in food3. Compared with G/40-151, this standard is mainly modified as follows: the Chinese name of the standard is changed to "Determination of Monobromoethane Residues in Grains" in accordance with Part 4 of the Regulations on the Preparation of Chemical Substances of the Institute of Food Safety. The new method 2 of the original standard has been revised. The standard was proposed by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China. The main sponsors of this standard are Zhang Linxia and Xu Jin. The original standard was issued in 164, and this is the first revision. The standard specifies the method for the determination of monobromoethane residues in grains steamed with dibromoethane: the determination of dibromoethane residues in grains steamed with dibromoethane is carried out according to the standard 12301.10.
